About this demo

This is a one-day demo accompanying a keynote on agentic debt — the hidden cost of adopting AI agents faster than the systems, organizations, and society around them can absorb.

You type in a problem you're seeing with your agents. We classify it into one of 25 named debts across three layers (engineering, organizational, societal).

Privacy: we don't collect your name, email, or anything that identifies you. Only the text you type and the resulting classification are processed; we keep an aggregate count of how many classifications fell into each debt.
